Oscar host Jimmy Kimmel made a pretty good point about the impossible beauty standards actresses face in Hollywood -- a point a lot of actresses in Hollywood have already made.

That includes Amy Poehler and Tina Fey when they pretty much made the same exact joke a couple years ago hosting the Golden Globes. People on Twitter were quick to notice.

Kimmel notes that Andrew Garfield dropped 40 pounds for his role in Silence that, "an astonishing physical transformation that hasn’t been attempted since every actress in every role ever."

The 2014 version from Poehler and Fey called losing 45 pounds, "what we actresses call being in a movie."

And hey, it's a common joke, but it was definitely fresher coming from Poehler and Fey, who know what it's actually like from women in the industry.

There's a pretty simple solution to all this, though -- just let Amy and Tina host everything. Including my birthday party. Please?
