The man who once bragged about sexual assault also joked that he groped his wife in public, newly unearthed recordings first obtained by Newsweek reveal.

Who woulda thunk?

An archive of Trump's conversations with Howard Stern over several years were made public Monday. They were first made available via Newsweek from troves of audio recordings made available by the website FactBase. The conversations reveal some of Trump's deepest insecurities (these are, obviously, infinite).

FactBase's Trump database aims to catalogue everything the President has ever said, written or tweeted. The site's developers had previously made a call for people to release the Trump Stern recordings. During the election, Stern refused to release any of the recordings, arguing that the candidate had appeared on his show for entertainment, not political, purposes.

Now, though, they're in the public domain. Here are few of Trump's most choice quotes.

On touching Melania in public

"Have you ever felt her up in public?" Stern asks in one interview, to which Trump replies, laughing, "Yeah."

"He has I know it," Stern says, before Trump replies: "I'm very well behaved, actually, and almost always I'm very down the middle."

The pair then discuss how Trump met her at a party full of supermodels and decided "that's the one that's the most beautiful."

On women's accents

Trump and Stern commiserated about women's accents, suggesting that that they lose their cuteness over time. Trump therefore "better not get married," Stern warned Trump.

Talking about his first wife Ivana's accent, Trump said, "Yes, it was amazing, and then one time I woke up that [sic] it was terrible, I couldn't stand it," Trump said per the Newsweek transcript.

On Melania's body

"Oh, she's in shape. You know -- but she's naturally in shape. It's not a big work at all or anything, which is nicer, to be honest," Trump said.

"You know, she's naturally in good shape. Absolutely. She's a very beautiful woman. Considered one of the great beauties of the world. So I don't know how I got her because, you know, beauty doesn't matter to me."

(Italics added for emphasis and raised eyebrows).

On tackling terrorism

This was Trump's idea: "You have a red button in the plane and the pilot has a huge problem in the back. He's got two or three terrorists, you know, crazy," he said. "He presses a button and sleeping gas comes out, the entire back of the plane goes to sleep."

On germs

"You're afraid of germs and kids carry germs like crazy. Are you afraid to even touch your own kid?" Stern asks in one clip. "That's right. Absolutely," Trump replies. "When he has a cold, I just, you know, I keep him away from me."

In the recordings, Trump further reveals that he washes his hands multiple times per day, suggesting that it could be a psychological problem. At one point, he also explains that Ivanka looks "down on me."
