Tweetdeck gets renamed to XPro
Elon Musk can't get enough of X.
The site formerly (and let's be real, still currently) known as Twitter recently got the rebrand Musk has been dreaming about for decades, and now it's come for Tweetdeck. The official alternative client for power users is now known as XPro.
This Tweet is currently unavailable. It might be loading or has been removed.
It's a name that's sure to impress all of America's 9-year-olds and, of course, its implementation across the site is spotty so far. The old Tweetdeck account is now just @Pro (@XPro is naturally taken by a locked account with one follower), but the Tweetdeck URL is still intact. Expect that to change at some point in the near future, perhaps around the time when Musk decides to start charging money for XPro.

The rollout for Musk's X rebrand has been rocky all around. Regular folks who aren't terminally online didn't know it was happening until it was too late, while Musk's big flashy X sign on the old Twitter office building fell victim to safety complaints after just a couple of days. Luckily, folks who hate it have ways to see Twitter as it used to be.
