Are you excited about the upcoming Twin Peaks reboot? Do you like doughnuts? Do you like watching someone eating a doughnut? If the answer to all of these questions is a resounding yes, then there's a slight chance you might enjoy watching the new Twin Peaks trailer.

Because yes, the trailer is a short video clip of Lynch, which is reprising his role as FBI Regional Bureau Chief Gordon Cole, eating a doughnut.

Of course, true fans might be able to find some mystery in the short clip. What is Lynch looking at? What's in those filing cabinets in the back? Is that vanilla frosting on that doughnut?

But for most, it'll be just what it is: A short clip of a guy eating a ring-shaped pastry. But hey, it's Twin Peaks, so it's gotta be weird, right?

David Lynch reprising his role as Cole isn't too surprising, either, as his name was already on the ginormous, 217-person cast list published in April.

Originally a 90's TV series and a subsequent film that made audiences freak out over its weirdness while trying to figure out who murdered of a young girl called Laura Palmer, Twin Peaks is coming back on Showtime as a continuation of the original series sometime in 2017.

The creators of the original show, Mark Frost and David Lynch, are back at the helm, but virtually nothing is known about the new series' plot.
