As the two vice presidential candidates met in Farmville, Virginia, for the one and only debate between the aspiring second-in-commands, one person felt like their voice needed to be heard.

That person was Donald Trump.

The Republican nominee announced on Tuesday afternoon that he would be live-tweeting the debate between his running mate Mike Pence and Hillary Clinton's running mate, Tim Kaine.

No, they said the real estate mogul's thumbs would not be allowed to type unfettered, but that didn't stop some of his trademark, er, personality to drown out the two vice presidential candidates.

He immediately began by taking a swipe at long time nemesis (not Rosie O'Donnell), Megyn Kelly.

During the Fox News broadcast, in response to the news that Trump's tweeting would be monitored by his team, anchor Megyn Kelly said that the real estate magnate would need to to through his campaign manager, Kellyanne Conway.

Then, the true Trump returned to offer what no one would think was an unexpected opinion.

Then he went back to retweeting.

He also gave us this random retweet:

Then, it appears that his caps lock button got stuck.

But then he just settled back and kept retweeting, sometimes even from his debating running mate. Luckily, the retweets often included images of Trump himself.

In the end, Trump declared a winner. Can you guess to whom he gave the honor??

He certainly made sure that the vice presidential debate contained as much Trump as possible.
