LONDON -- Sure, galaxy hair was outta this world, but there's a new hair trend in town, and it's pretty delicious.
Watermelon hair is the refreshing new look that is set to be the hottest hair look for summer.
Lately we've seen everything from rose gold hair, rainbow cat undercuts and unicorn hair. But, this one is the first food-inspired one we've seen.

Instagram user @Merpiremusic was the first to rock the look, and since then Instagram has been awash with variations of the watermelon trend.
From green and red dip dye...
To red and green balayage (a form of dip-dying)....
And, subtler versions of the trend.
Now you can match your hair to your watermelon daiquiri.
