Tempo is running an end-of-year sale, which is great news for anyone with a fitness-related New Year's resolution. Here are the top deals on Tempo's smart home gyms as of Dec. 28:

A new year is coming, which means that many folks want to liven up their workout routine with some fresh new gear. If you've always wanted to get into weight lifting but the bros at your local gym are just too intimidating, you can bring the weights to you with a Tempo smart home gym.

Tempo is great for newbie lifters and seasoned strength trainers alike, with weight plates ranging from 1.25 pounds all the way up to 45 pounds. The smart mirror is guided by AI and gives you feedback on your form, weight recommendations, counts your reps, and can create custom lifting programs for you to follow. It basically takes the hard part out of lifting, and shows you exactly what you should be doing (so the days of fumbling around at the gym are over).

As of Dec. 28, Tempo is offering $500 off all their Tempo Studio Packages and $100 off the budget-friendly Tempo Move. These prices beat out Tempo's early Black Friday deals and match the actual Black Friday deals we saw on these models, so you're getting the best price of the year if you buy now. Read on to discover more about each package.

OUR TOP PICK: Tempo Studio Starter Package — $1,995 (save $500)

For people who are just starting their weight lifting journey, the Tempo Studio Starter Package is the way to go. It comes with the Tempo smart mirror, a workout mat, two 7.5 pound dumbbells, 75 pounds of weight plates, and four collars.

BEST BUDGET PICK: Tempo Move — $395 (save $100)

If you don't have the space or budget for one of the Tempo Studio models, the Tempo move will give you a similar experience for over $1000 less. While it doesn't come with a built-in screen, you can use your phone and TV to get the 3D Tempo Vision for form and weight recommendations. The Tempo Move comes with over 50 pounds of weights, collars, a minimal storage cabinet, and an HDMI cable for easy setup.

FOR FOLKS WITH SOME LIFTING EXPERIENCE: Tempo Studio Plus Package — $2,745 (save $500)

Intermediate lifters should opt for the Tempo Studio Plus Package. This nine-piece set adds on 25 pound competition plates, a recovery roller, a barbell, and even more extras for a more involved workout experience.

UPGRADE PICK: Tempo Studio Pro Package — $3,495 (save $500)

If you're basically an expert lifter (or you just want the complete home gym experience) the Tempo Studio Pro package is the most advanced pick. It comes with the most weights of any package (including 25 pound and 45 pound competition plates), a folding bench, and a folding squat rack for maximum gains.
