This Cubii Under-Desk Elliptical is a great choice for just that. It's compact, fits under most desks, and is adjustable for custom pedaling intensity. It also connects to the Fitbit app via Bluetooth, so you can see your workout breakdown (calories, distance, duration, and steps). It'll even send you notifications as a reminder to get your steps in.

The machine itself features eight resistance levels and is super quiet, so you run less risk of disturbing anyone else in the room with you. As PCMag points out in its review, though, this machine is designed for seated use. Those with standing desk setups won't get much use out of it, but for those of us who sit at a desk all day, it will do just fine.
