Some people's creativity is really just out of this world.

Sisters Charlie, 5, and Ellie, 2, dressed up as the lunar module and an astronaut for Halloween this year. And while that lunar module looks pretty hefty for a 5-year-old, the costume is apparently made entirely of foam and foam board.

But this level of perfection doesn't just happen spontaneously. Their parent, Imgur user brandoj23, has been creating their jaw-dropping costumes every year.

In 2017, Charlie's favorite animal was a squid, so naturally she had to fully embody one come costume time. While most of the costume is made of foam to make it light weight, the iridescent eyes are, incredibly, made of old CDs.

And in 2018, Charlie's obsession with sea creatures continued. So with some EVA foam, rubber cement, and a couple weeks hard work, she fully embodied a horseshoe crab. Ellie, on the other hand, had the opportunity to dress up as a foam traffic cone. What a genius way to make sure you don't lose your little one amongst all the trick-or-treating chaos!

But it feels like the family really raised the stakes this year. Let's see how they can top it next Halloween!
