Warning: You're gonna want to hit the gym after watching this awesome triumph.

Jessie Graff has made American Ninja Warrior history as the first woman to defeat Stage Two of the USA vs. the World Competition. And that's after she already made history as the first woman to ever compete in the competition period. Representing team USA, Jessie completely crushes the obstacle with incredible ease.

In Stage One, Jessie was disqualified during the Snake Run, but when her team gave her the opportunity to compete in Stage Two, she certainly redeemed herself.

Jessie is paving the way for more bad-ass, strong female warriors.
