Working with a cast of A-list stars is undeniably awesome. But it does also mean that any awkward encounters can feel twice as painful.
Big Little Lies star Adam Scott knows this well. During an interview with Conan O'Brien, he described a scene he filmed for the show's second season with Reese Witherspoon. In between takes, he explained, she made a joke -- and he snorted with laughter.
"A string of snot like came out and wrapped itself around my nose," explains Scott. "And I just like excused myself and [...] the make-up person got a Kleenex and wiped it off."
The problem was, the moment was never addressed at the time. Scott then spent the next six months wondering whether he should make a joke about it or apologise, but never did in the end.
Well, at least it's out there now!
