Here's what Bill Murray thinks of that sad March Madness meme
Watch Next

Bill Murray, national treasure and subject of many an Internet joke, is fine with becoming a meme.

The actor went on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Thursday, letting viewers know he's well aware of the sad photo of him that spread like wildfire after Xavier lost to Wisconsin. His son Luke is an assistant coach at Xavier.

"The good guys lost, and I was rooting for the good guys," he tells Kimmel.

He's also a pretty good sport about someone from Wisconsin putting the photo on a shirt and selling it for $14.99.

"I love Wisconsin, I really do, and they've given us all the dairy products that anyone could ever want," Murray says. "They deserve a T-shirt."
