Being a chat show host comes with perks. Doggo perks.

Billy Eichner appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday night and helped the host in the ever popular segment "Rescue Dog Rescue," in which they tell lies about adorable rescue dogs in order to help find them a home.

Unfortunately Eichner is allergic to dogs so Colbert got to hold all the puppers, which were all dressed up for Halloween. There was a little canine pope, a banana and even a football player (who according to Eichner doesn't believe in climate change).

Here's hoping all the puppies get adopted, and that Eichner one day finds a hypoallergenic dog he can pat.
