Netflix has released a trailer for documentary film Yellow Door: ‘90s Lo-fi Film Club, which tracks down a group of Korean cinephiles who used to hang out in the '90s — including eventual Parasite director Bong Joon-Ho.

While Bong is now an internationally recognised director with numerous awards under his belt, he began as an avid film fan hanging out with other movie lovers in the Yellow Door Film Club. Yellow Door: ‘90s Lo-fi Film Club revisits that group, taking a nostalgic look at what inspired them and why they were so drawn to movies.

The documentary also asks Yellow Door members what they thought of Bong's first short film Looking for Paradise — an unreleased stop-motion production that has only ever been screened for his fellow club members.

Yellow Door: ‘90s Lo-fi Film Club premieres Oct. 27 on Netflix.
