Brie Larson interrupts Jimmy Kimmel's monologue in the best way

Practice, practice, practice. Many people think that's the best way to prepare for something, and it's clearly a philosophy Brie Larson espouses.

In preparation for guest hosting Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday, the Captain Marvel star decided to sneak into the Tuesday monologue to take some notes on Kimmel's techniques (skip to 2:30 in the clip above).

"I'm researching," she explains, when Kimmel catches her mimicking him. "I always take my roles very seriously. Like for Captain Marvel, I actually had myself blasted with massive amounts of cosmic radiation from a magic rock."

Larson needn't worry. If she can handle Thanos, a late night talk show will be a walk in the park.
