How is this even possible?

Giang Quoc Nghiep and Giang Quoc Co, two brothers from Vietnam, absolutely demolished the Guinness World Record for -- wait for it -- most consecutive stairs climbed while balancing a person on the head. To do so, they ascended the 90 steps of Saint Mary's Cathedral in Girona, Spain, in just 52 seconds.

In this video posted by Guinness World Records, one brother is literally upside down, head-to-head on top of the other brother, showing all of us regular stair-walkers who's boss.

Think of them fondly next time you get winded walking up to your apartment.
