Cara Delevingne has been candid about her own struggles with mental health, now she hopes to help the next generation.

In an interview on This Morning, Delevingne told hosts Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby about her upcoming book Mirror Mirror, which she says was inspired by the "turbulent mayhem" of being a teenager, when she struggled with depression.

She wants to reach out and connect with teenagers struggling with the pressures of social media, identity, sexuality and family issues. She hopes that opening up herself to talk about depression, having felt unable to express her emotions, will help others with the same problems to open up themselves.

Just after Schofield pops Delevingne's book on the show's bookshelf, her dog Leo makes an explosive entrance. Delevingne claims the dog has ADD like herself.
