Chomper the cat was found perched on a tree in a Lousiana swamp when Randall Kolb decided to try and help.
"I'll come help you. Lets just check for wasps and snakes and hopefully their are no alligators around here," said the rescuer as he made his way towards the cat, whom he later named Chomper.
You can hear the poor feline cry as the rescuer makes his way through the swamp but he manages to calm Chomper down after offering some food.
Sometimes all it takes is patience to save a cat that's in the middle of a swamp.
