A Washington family's brave pet dog is doing his best to protect his home from bears.
Per Storyful, Maverick, a 3-year-old labrador, spotted a bear in his family's driveway and promptly scared him off the property. His owner Lloyd W. Herring spotted the standoff on his security camera footage.
