YouTube user Giovanni Giusti filmed himself refereeing these kids trying to play a pick-up game of basketball, and he seems to be making up the rules as he goes along. He even manages to call traveling on players who don't have the ball.
While it's a harmless and funny goof, we don't think this guy will be asked to referee another game any time soon.
