If you want to see a stunning physical feat, cast your eyes on the above video of gymnast Ashley Watson nailing a nearly 20 foot (5.87 meter) horizontal bar backflip to set a new Guinness World Record.

As Huffington Post notes, Watson is a member of the Great Britain gymnastics team and likes to share amusing training videos on his Instagram account. It's there you can also find a photo of Watson with his certificate verifying that his breathtaking backflip did indeed set the world record.

According to the Guardian on YouTube, it took Watson six tries to nail this jump but the fact he completed it all is impressive enough.
