The 44th President of the United States is getting... a Tony?!

Okay, so no, former President Barack Obama doesn't sing in the latest "Hamildrop," but hearing him deliver the words of George Washington's 1796 farewell address is as moving as any Broadway ballad. The latest track, titled "One Last Time (44 Remix)" reimagines the original song from Hamilton, combining Obama's speaking part with a new recording from the production's original George Washington, Christopher Jackson.

Notably, Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda last performed "One Last Time" for the former president in an emotional farewell tribute at the White House just days before he stepped down from office early last year.

The mixtape undertaking began in December of 2017 and now, a year later, is finally complete. You can download and stream the full project, which features Jennifer Lopez, The Decemberists, 'Weird Al' Yankovic, and many others, here.
