Guinness World Records released footage May 4 of Manvel Mamoyan breaking the world record for most handstand push ups in a minute in Yerevan, Armenia, set back in October 23, 2015. Mamoyan did 27.
On each pushup, the angle of Mamoyan's elbow had to reach 90 degrees or less and then his arms needed to be fully straightened.
He also had to not get an itch in his nose or something. That just would ruin everything.
