Jimmy Kimmel video chats with Guillermo, shares his quarantine tips
Watch Next

Like Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel is a now a couple of days in to coronavirus social distancing measures, and he has some advice to share.

"Now first, I think it's important, very important, to put on pants at some point, for at least two hours a day," Kimmel says. "You just have to. My wife is actually suggesting a formal Friday, where you get all dressed up for dinner even if you're alone."

Kimmel's other tips include not posting kids' daily schedules ("it makes the rest of us, who are letting their kids play on the iPad all day, feel bad") and regularly checking in on loved ones.

"Which is something that I am going to do right now," says Kimmel, bringing up a video chat with his colleague Guillermo, who is mid-way through a large jar of mixed nuts.

Hopefully there will be more video chats like this to come.
