The first teaser for Martin Scorsese's Killers of the Flower Moon left us speechless with its stunning cinematography and promise of towering performances from leads Leonardo DiCaprio and Lily Gladstone. Now, with the release of its second trailer, our excitement only grows.

With this latest trailer, we learn more about the conflict between the oil-rich Osage Nation and the white ranchers who want to take the Osage's oil — and profit — for themselves. Among these ranchers is William Hale (Robert De Niro), whose desire for wealth will lead to a string of brutal murders across the Osage Nation. Caught in the middle of the violence is Hale's nephew Ernest Burkhart (DiCaprio) and his Osage wife Mollie Kyle (Gladstone). Will their family survive these turbulent times? Or is Ernest more involved than he may let on?

Killers of the Flower Moon opens in select theaters Oct. 6, expanding Oct. 20.
