Of course we're blessed with the trailer for the second season of Killing Eve on Valentine's Day.

In it, M16 agent Eve (Sandra Oh) and international assassin Villanelle (Jodie Comer) continue to toy with our hearts with their cat-and-mouse chase.

Season 1 of Phoebe Waller-Bridge's critically acclaimed drama ended with (spoiler alert!) Eve stabbing Villanelle in the stomach and then immediately regretting it. The show picks up 30 seconds after that, with Eve plotting a way to capture Villanelle again while the latter is recovering in a hospital.

Based on this one-minute trailer, we're strapped in for even more murderous games and fantastic fashion inspirations.

Killing Eve returns on BBC America and AMC on April 7, 2019.
