With A Little Late With Lilly Singh debuting on NBC after Seth Meyers on Monday night, the late night landscape just got a little more colorful — as we discover in her first ever cold open sketch, the YouTuber turned talk show host isn't a fan of navy suits.

In the sketch, Singh arrives at a (presumably fictionalized) NBC to discuss her show, only to find that the room full of white guys need to be educated on her whole deal. So she jumps on the table to explain why she's not like the Jimmys: for starters, her material is less political ("I ain't talkin' bout Donald unless his last name is Glover"), she's the B in LGBT ("I'll take Sansa and her brother") and her writers' room looks like a mini United Nations ("not because I had to, but because I could").

Oh, and her equally-paid staff can ditch their desk cardigans, because that office thermostat is going up.
