It's no secret that lions are just giant cats. They can kill you, but cats might try too if they weren't so tiny.

So, in order to keep their six lions fit and healthy, the Oregon Zoo in Portland created the 'Leaping Lion Toy,' an enormous roll of butcher paper that works like your standard dangling string for cats. Except it's industrial strength, for industrial strength cats.

According to zookeeper Beth Foster, the lions go nuts for it. But it needs to be replenished rather frequently since the lions have a habit of ripping their catches to shreds. As cats tend to do.
