President Obama gave 21 athletes, artists, scientists and philanthropists the highest civilian honor in America -- the Presidential Medal of Freedom -- one last time before he leaves the White House.
Things got emotional as he acknowledged the various barriers broken down by the people that shared the White House podium with him.
