Don't mind this ostrich, it's just out for a casual jog at 30 miles per hour.

The giant bird was spotted jumping onto the road as bicyclists were preparing for the Cape Argus Tour in South Africa on Friday. Cyclist Oleksiy Mishchenko, who posted the video, said in the video description that "I thought I gonna fell of my bike from laughter."

Who needs the power of flight when you can run faster than the wind?
