On this week's Saturday Night Live, Pete Davidson appeared on Weekend Update to lambast J.K. Rowling for her recent string of transphobic comments.
Davidson, who has long been known as a big Harry Potter fan and even has a tattoo from the series, called Rowling's statements "very disappointing." He went on to say, "She creates a seven book fantasy series about all types of mythical creatures living in harmony with wizards and elves and the one thing she can't wrap her head around is Laverne Cox?"
It's worth watching the entire segment, especially for the Dobby the Elf shoutout.
