If you've grown used to seeing Peter Dinklage hanging out with dragons and speaking in a fake British accent, this new clip from Rememory might come as a mild shock.

In it, Dinklage introduces himself as Basil Pine, an unassuming employee of a company called Cortex. He's here to check in on a participant in an unnamed experiment. Things get weird from there.

You see, Rememory centers on a technology that's able to record and play people's memories – and Dinklage's character claims he's got the memories of a woman's dead sister. Surely that can only go over well, right?

Julia Ormond, Martin Donovan, Henry Ian Cusick, and Evelyne Brochu also star in Mark Palansky's sci-fi mystery. Rememory also happens to include one of the last performances from Anton Yelchin, who passed away last year.

Rememory will be available free on Google Play for a limited time starting August 24, before heading into theaters on September 8.
