Some Pokémon Go players have taken to Twitter to discuss the possible mental health benefits of playing the game.
Players of the augmented reality mobile game -- which uses GPS to place Pokémon in real-life settings -- are saying the app is helping them cope with their social anxiety and depression by encouraging them to get outside and explore their neighborhoods.
