Gary Vaynerchuk, please hire this bright young man.

Applying for jobs can be a taxing, and seemingly impossible task in today's job market. So, in order to stand out from the masses, you need to do something bold. Something maybe a little ridiculous.

So when VaynerMedia's Gary Vaynerchuk announced they were building a "content army" (gag), and needed creators, Dawayne Kirkland decided to create a rap to better his chances of getting noticed.

Considering the clip hit the number two spot on Reddit's r/videos in just a few short hours, it's safe to say he's standing out. Kirkland's friend who posted the video said that the talented dude was still waiting to hear back, but we'd be surprised if his phone stayed silent.
