During a Tonight Show interview, Ricky Gervais called bullsh*t on Jimmy Fallon's polite compliment about Gervais' physical appearance and it's hilarious.
"Look at me! Of course I don't look great," said Gervais.
In the video, Gervais says he's packing on the pounds. He then went on a comedic diatribe about why he can't be bothered to stop the impending weight gain.
