The streaming series draws its inspiration from the popular Electronic Arts shooter games.

With Rush: Inspired by Battlefield, the audiovisual wizards at Corridor Digital -- the popular vfx company known for slick YouTube shorts like Minecraft: The Last Minecart -- are turning their attention to long-form storytelling.

The series, which comes to go90 on Sept. 20, attempts to bottle the epic scope of the Battlefield shooter series into a story about soldiers who venture into a modern warzone to destroy a cache of gold that supplies the world's most villainous forces.

The exclusive clip above conveys a sense of Corridor's storytelling chops in a more traditional format. It's not as flashy as the high-impact, low-investment shorts you typically see from the Corridor team on YouTube, but Rush is meant to be a longer commitment.
