Lost amid the fuss over Melania Trump's alleged plagiarizing at the first night of the Republican convention were the many other speeches, including one by Scott Baio. The actor recently stirred up a fuss when he tweeted a meme that, essentially, calls Hillary Clinton a "c*nt."

During an interview on Tuesday morning, MSNBC's Tamron Hall confronted Baio about this tweet and others he's posted in the past. Baio offered up a thin defense, insisting, "I just put it up there." When Hall questions Baio's "moral compass," Baio again insists, "I didn't call her anything."

Hall didn't relent, showing him an unflattering tweet he sent about Michelle Obama to which Baio could only meekly reply, "I'm a guy from Brooklyn" and that jokes about everyones' wives are fine, OK?

The heated discussion continues for four full minutes and Baio squirms the entire time, clearly not in charge.
