We know why Sammy the seal crossed the road.

Like most seals, Sammy lives in the ocean. But Sammy wants to be somewhere else: The Lighthouse Seafood Restaurant in Dublin, Ireland.

This is an easy problem for Sammy to solve. He simply flops out of the harbour, flops across a two-lane road and flops into the joint.

Sometimes the employees give him fish. Sometimes they shoo him back to sea with a chair. But for Sammy, it's all about the journey. And the fish. Mostly the fish.
