What's the deal with sex robots? This film seeks to find out

Whatever your thoughts on sex robots and the complicated ethics surrounding them, it's clear that one day we'll have to seriously grapple with their role in our world.

In fact, we've already started to consider how technology like this might factor into our own lives. In 2017, for example, Match.com's Singles in America survey found that 56 percent of women and 39 percent of men would consider it cheating for their partner to have sex with a robot.

Now, a new documentary from BBC Three titled Sex Robots and Us introduces us to the engineers behind these products and the people who love them (literally).
