The trailer for South Korean reality series Siren: Survive the Island has arrived, giving us a peek at a bunch of fit, buff women undertaking in grueling physical trials. Get your tongue back in your mouth.

A 10-episode Netflix series, Siren: Survive the Island will divide 24 women into six teams according to their profession. This includes firefighters, soldiers, police officers, athletes, bodyguards, and stunt performers, all of whom will be competing to find out which team comes out on top.

It doesn't look easy, either. Challenges involve chopping wood, carrying poles while hopelessly bogged down in mud, and even physically wrestling each other. Regardless of who wins, it's guaranteed to be a hard-fought victory.

Siren: Survive the Island arrives May 30 on Netflix.
