Per a report from the Washington Post, Donald Trump incorrectly believes that the human body is like a battery -- it comes into this world with a "finite amount of energy." He also believes that exercise will deplete this energy, so he does not exercise.

And as Stephen Colbert points out, this embarrassingly poor logic would indicate that the strongest people in the world are babies. Really puts Boss Baby in a whole new light, doesn't it?
