Holy forking shirtballs, The Good Place returns for its fourth and final season on Thursday and you need a quick, spoiler-filled recap to refresh your memory on everything that's happened to The Soul Squad these past three seasons.

Lucky for you, NBC is up to task, presenting the above video which does its best to squeeze three seasons worth of jokes, twists, and turns into just three-and-a-half minutes of concise video. The cast chips in commentary, helping to narrate the action and put it all in context if you're still a little fuzzy.

If nothing else, the video is a reminder what a tremendously hilarious, thoughtful, and moving show The Good Place is, and it'll leave the world a little sadder when it ends its amazing run.
