The first trailer for the Tupac biopic, All Eyez on Me, is here.

It was revealed Thursday, which would have been the West Coast rapper's 45th birthday.

The short trailer, a whirlwind of moments from Tupac's life, is passionately narrated by Danai Gurira, who plays the late Afeni Shakur, Tupac's mother.

"Like all black men, you have a bullseye on your back," she warns. "They are gonna give you the tools that you need to destroy yourself."

The film, named after the iconic Tupac album of the same name, also features a snippet from the track "Ambitionz Az a Ridah."

Newcomer Demetrius Shipp Jr. plays the lead, bearing an amazingly eerie resemblance to the late rap star, Thug Life tattoo and all. All Eyez on Me does not yet have a set release date.
