For anyone with a tendency to feel queasy, there's no worse late night concept out there than the nauseating drama that is James Corden's "Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts" on The Late Late Show.

This time, actor and comedian Will Ferrell joined Corden for a round of the game, in which players must either answer a very personal, revealing question or put something truly disgusting in their mouth and eat it.

Both Ferrell and Corden ate ant yogurt and turkey testicles, respectively, in order to get out of answering the question, "What is your least favourite Will Ferrell movie and why?"

Oh, and Ferrell then straight up scoops out a fish eye and eats it to avoid saying which of his co-stars he'll never work with again.
