Owl hesitates to step away from his comfortable space under the bed and becomes all of us

This owl has no interested in figuring out the unknown.

Ewok the owl experienced his first day of freedom at the Minton Farm Animal Rescue Centre in Australia on Thursday and it's a bit overwhelming for the small bird.

The nocturnal bird was a bit shy to come out of his hiding spot, making only small steps before retreating back. Ewok just isn't ready to step out his comfort zone.

His caretaker Bev provided him with encouraging words to help, but he never fully made it out from under the bed.

Despite the step back, we'll still give Ewok an A+ for effort because there's always a next time.
