Met someone you've just developed an enormous crush on and you know you will marry?

You're not alone, my doe-eyed dears — Ariana Grande knew she'd marry Pete Davidson a casual three years ago.

Appearing on The Tonight Show to promote her just-landed (and absolute banger of an) album, Sweetener, the pop monarch chatted to Jimmy Fallon about the first time she met her fiance on the set of Saturday Night Live in 2016.

"We met on SNL, like, two, three years ago," she said. "We never, like, exchanged numbers or anything, we weren't even friends for a long time, but I had the biggest crush in the whole world on him the whole time, like, forever. My friends used to make fun of me."

"I left his writer's room when we were writing skits and stuff for the show, and my tour manager Roshad [Ishmael] was in the hallway — and I'm not a crushy person, I don't have like, crushes on people I don't know, I'm not crushy — but I left and I jokingly said to my tour manager, I was like, I'm marrying him, 100 percent. I was like, I'm literally marrying him."

It's a pretty adorable moment, as Davidson said almost the same thing in an interview with GQ, published Wednesday.

"The day I met her, I was like, ‘Hey, I’ll marry you tomorrow,'" he said. "She was calling my bluff. I sent her a picture [of engagement rings]. I was like, 'Do you like any of these?' She was like, 'Those are my favorite ones,' and I was like, 'Sick.'"

In a little listening party moment with Fallon, Grande also played the album track "Pete Davidson" dedicated to her fiance, and it's an absolute delight to watch.

It's not the only notable moment she had on The Tonight Show. You should see her unforgettable dedication to Aretha Franklin.
