SPOILERS, y'all. You know what you're doing.

Last night's episode of Game of Thrones 'Eastwatch' was, by this season's standards, fairly slow. At least on the surface. Sure there was no huge battle, only a couple dragon-related deaths, and characters seem to move about the continent as if they have cars, but a lot of things still happened underneath the surface.

Here are four takeaways from last night's ep, and if you're reading this at work, don't worry about it. I threw in a bunch of stuff so that it looks like you're working. You're in the clear. I got your back.

1. Gendry is back

2. Sansa's note

In case you were unable to decipher exactly which scroll Arya read in shock upon discovery, it was undoubtedly the note Sansa was forced to write to Robb basically telling him that everything was cool and that he should come pledge fealty to Joffrey.

3. Jon Snow's legitimacy

4. Who will survive the trek beyond the wall?

Let's look at the latest projections.

I do not think there is even a chance Jon dies beyond the wall.

The Hound's narrative still feels unresolved, and I anticipate this won't be his last rodeo.

Game of Thrones giveth, Game of Thrones taketh away.

Both him and Beric made it seem like dying on this mission was the reason they were ever born. I don't find it likely that either will make it back alive.

Not looking great for Ser Jorah, whose last and seemingly final glance at Danaerys before leaving most likely sealed his fate.
