Of course Kylie Jenner used that Bob Marley Snapchat filter
Being a teen on social media offers new challenges every day, like being so psyched to use a new Snapchat filter that you don't even consider that virtual blackface might be racist.
Kylie Jenner, Snapchat's most-followed user, wasted no time using the app's ill-advised Bob Marley filter.
"420. Yaaas, bitch," Jenner exclaims. "Yaaas."

No, Kylie. No.
This isn't Kylie's first brush with cultural appropriation. She's previously raised eyebrows after claiming she "started wigs" and refused to back down after drawing criticism for wearing cornrows.
It's even more confounding considering that an entire episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians was devoted to Kim's horror when a man in a blackface Kanye West "costume" approached her.
So at the very least, if Kylie's seen her own show, she should know a little better.
Why did Snapchat even bother making a filter to commemorate 420 when the existing filters are already a stoner's paradise? Just chill, Snapchat.
