While you were rescheduling your vacation plans due to Hermine, Kylie Jenner was hitting the bottle of hair dye.

The makeup maven and reality celebrity debuted her new blonde locks on Snapchat.

Kylie began posting snaps of the hair dying process on Sunday afternoon, taking us through every hairpin twist and turn of becoming a blonde.

Even the shocking revelation that she may forgo the platinum hue for a 'honey' one.

This is after the grueling process (at least four hours were documented on Kylie's snapchat, though the process can take up to three times that long, especially on hair that needs to be stripped of previously dye color).

The internet has, predictably, gone bonkers over Kylie's Gentlemen Prefer Blondes look.

Her new golden locks have garnered much praise, especially in nostalgic references to her famous sisters' trips to the light side.

However, not everyone is a fan.

Many people just want to see a selfie of the finished product.

Do blonde Jenners really have more fun? Kylie will have to let her adoring public know when she takes her new mane out for a spin.
