The infinitely cuter, pizza-eating animal chowed down on a piece of pepperoni pizza while comfortably sitting in a tree rather than dragging it down a subway platform, so it seems to be faring a little better than it's New York cousin.
However, in a strange twist, the squirrel seems to have chosen a thin, New York style slice over a traditional Chicago deep dish. Hey, at least Pizza Rat had pride in its city.
What member of the animal kingdom will rise to pizza fame next? Pizza Bird? Pizza Raccoon? Pizza Roach? Only time will tell.
